The judges commended TriageLine's design that makes it easier for patients to get through to their practice, answering calls instantly with no queues or hold music. Early trial results have been encouraging: patient satisfaction increased by 18%, complaints fell by almost half, and surgeries handled nearly 10% more calls, alongside approximately £2,000 in telephony cost savings.
